We are a close-knit family who owns several private land investment business entities.  We sell and finance land owned by these entities.   It all started over 50 years ago, in 1959, with an initial investment of $1,500 for the purchase of 15 acres of land located in Marion County, Florida.

The land was subdivided into lots.  The lots were sold with owner financing to buyers for $5 down and $5 monthly.  We had a plan that worked for our customers, and we knew it!

A lot has happened since those “Good Ole Days”.  Since then, we have purchased in excess of 10,000 acres of land in the states, of Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina and Maine.
